Hi to all our friends from all of us at RWT. With lots of great trips, events, and classes, it is never too early to plan at RWT. Fun was had by all at the third annual Callie Rohr Memorial Canoe Race raising $13,800 to benefit the American Brain Tumor Association. We invite all of you to join with us in this great cause, at the fourth annual Callie Rohr Memorial Canoe Race. We now fund a research award at St. Jude's Children's hospital in Memphis Tennessee. We thank all the participants and volunteers in making this event a great success.
Our northern canoe base, with our own groomed cross-country ski, and snowshoe trail, is located in the heart of Vilas County, which has it's own great cross-country ski, and snowmobile trails. We are in the dependable Lake Superior Snow Belt with snow from December through March. In the summer, we offer trips on the Wisconsin River and many other great rivers in the area, canoe rentals, car spots, guided inflatable kayak trips, day hikes, complete outfitting, gear sales, canoe instruction, camping at our beautiful quiet campground, and lodging at our luxury cabin. Just 13 miles north of Eagle River, the snowmobile capitol of the world, off Hwy. 45, RWT's Forty-Acre Woods is a great place to enjoy the pristine, safe and beautiful Northwoods.

We have a great northwoods house that is waiting to be enjoyed. It is divided into two units up and down connected by a sunroom over the outside stairs or can be rented as a whole house. The downstairs unit has the same but just one bedroom, and no cathedral ceiling. The house has a knotty pine interior with log beams and banisters. We built this house to be very comfortable in the winter with lots of insulation, and cool in the summer with overhead ceiling fans.
